School, as of September 17th

School, so far, has been pretty good but also stressful. We've already turned in a project in Graphic Design, and I hope I did well on it. I may have broken spec, but my designs are pretty solid (in my opinion, which doesn't count). We're also about to turn in our first final project in type, and I'm confident about that. I've had no bad crits on the proofs. In fact, I'd say most of my crits were excellent, with a few that I'd describe as only "good". I've done so much work on the project that I'm actually turning in two- one will be for extra credit. And, of course, we had presentations today in GD and mine went well. My project was excellent- the best in the class. (Er, that's my opinion again). This presentation was just the part one for a project though, so it doesn't really count. Still, I've got a pretty good start.
My Maya class starts today (uh, in 30 minutes, actually) and I'm pretty psyched. This is really the only class I'm excited for. I'm also super duper tired. I got up at 5:30 this morning and my class won't get out till 11:50pm. Most Mondays will be this way, so I'll have to get used to it.
Oh, and Philip and I have been together for over two years now! I'm excited that whenever people ask me how long we've been together I can say "Yeeeeeeears", like it's been way longer. I don't even have to specify. We're officially in the plural stage of our relationship now.
Now I just need someone to ask me how long we've been together.
